Booking Information for Forest View

Here is a summary of our booking conditions for Forest View, together with some useful information about your stay.

• Forest View is located in the village of Symonds Yat East, which is approximately 5 miles west of Ross on Wye in Herefordshire.
• The owners are Robert and Alison Haste, trading as Forest View.
• If you require to cancel your booking, you will still have to pay the full amount. Accordingly, please ensure that you are covered by holiday cancellation insurance.
• Please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, the property is strictly non-smoking. In the event that this rule is not adhered to a surcharge of £100.00 will be levied to cover the cost of additional room cleaning.
• Payments can be made by cheque or credit / debit card over the telephone. We can accept most credit cards except American Express. All cheques should be made payable to Forest View.
• All prices are in pounds GB and are fully inclusive of bed linen and towels.
• We reserve the right to terminate your booking in the event of unreasonable conduct which is likely to cause distress damage or danger to other clients, employees or any third party. Should any of the above occur, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refund will be given.
• We require prior payment of a damage deposit / noise bond of £300. This will be held by ourselves until the end of the booking and either returned in full if no damage or nuisance has been caused or forfeited if damage or nuisance has been suffered.
• Should your booking be cancelled while you are on the premises, you will no longer have our consent to be on the premises and will be asked to leave immediately.
• We reserve the right to make retrospective charges against card details should any damage or breach of our terms be committed.
• The use of illegal substances while on our premises will result in termination of your booking and the necessary authorities will be informed.
