Booking Information for Glenwye and Hillview Villa

Here is a summary of our booking conditions for Glenwye and Hillview Villa, together with some useful information about your stay.

• Hillview Villa is located in the village of Coughton, two miles south of Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
• Glenwye is located at Leys Hill, just under four miles south of Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.
• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Short breaks are available in low season, excluding peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. They may also be offered in high season on a last minute basis. These are either three night weekend breaks from 2.00 pm on Friday until 10.00 am on Monday or four night midweek breaks from 2.00 pm on Monday until 10.00 am on Friday. Midweek short breaks in low season are usually priced the same as or less than weekend breaks and offer excellent value.
• All prices are in Pounds GB and are fully inclusive of bed linen and towels. During the winter months a small surcharge of £30.00 per week will be applicable to cover the increasing costs of electricity and oil central heating. The charge will apply from beginning of October to end of April.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be treated as complete until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the rent must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made by cheque or by credit /debit card over the telephone. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge. We can accept most cards except American Express. All cheques should be made payable to Robert and Alison Haste.
• If you require to cancel your holiday, you will still have to pay the full amount unless we are able to re-let the property. Accordingly, please ensure that you are covered by holiday cancellation insurance.
• A cot is available at no extra charge, but please bring your own cot linen.
• Please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
• For the comfort of all of our guests, the property is strictly non smoking.
• One well-behaved pet dog may be permitted at our discretion by prior arrangement, subject to a small additional cleaning charge of £20.00.
