This large semi-detached Victorian house faces Howle Hill across fields in the beautiful Wye Valley, just two miles
from the popular market town of Ross-on-Wye. The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley attract walkers, fishermen, canoeists,
cyclists and lovers of the countryside. Other local attractions include golf, horse riding, off-road driving and
climbing. The ruins of Goodrich Castle are nearby, and it is a short drive to Symonds Yat, Tintern Abbey, Monmouth,
Hereford, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Chepstow.
On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, a dining room with character brick fireplace, a
well-equipped kitchen and a utility room. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge, freezer, washing machine,
microwave and electric cooker. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom - and a
family bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Outside, there is a courtyard with barbecue and furniture, and large rear
garden.
